Three Months. One Server. One Idea.
Three months ago I had an idea. Not a pitch deck. Not a business plan. An idea and a DigitalOcean server.
Today CFVA — the Civic Federal Verification Architecture — is a live, cross-referenceable federal compliance graph. It didn't start that way. It started as a search tool that pulled from a handful of government APIs. Then it grew.
OFAC. HHS OIG. FTC. DOJ. FDA. FINRA. SEC. CFPB. MSHA. Grants.gov. USASpending. Senate LDA. IRS Tax Exempt. And counting.
Sub-second search. AI law framework published. Signal doctrine live. All of it injected at the entity level. Every company, every individual, every federal record — connected.
This isn't a search tool. This is an accountability infrastructure layer that anyone — journalist, lawyer, compliance officer, regulator, citizen — can walk into and start pulling threads.
We Weren't Even Looking
Twenty verified Medicaid fraud patterns surfaced. Providers on the HHS OIG federal exclusions list — meaning they are banned from billing Medicaid — still showing up as active billers in federal data. That's not a gray area. That's a black and white federal violation.
And we found them by accident. Passively. Without running a single systematic cross-reference query.
If the system found 20 violations while doing something else entirely — what does it find when we actually look? One query. One night. Against existing data. The answer to that question is the first page of our first intelligence report.
We have 9 million entities. We have exclusions data. We have Medicaid billing data. We have never once run a systematic query connecting them. We stumbled on 20. The database hasn't been asked yet.
CFAISolutions LLC — Filed April 7, 2026
Today — April 7, 2026 — CFAISolutions LLC was filed with the California Secretary of State. EIN issued by the IRS. Immediately.
I was afraid to do this for a long time. Costs were piling up. Liability was growing as the compliance scoring engine got closer to reality. Intelligence reports about real fraud needed to come from a company, not a person.
So I did it.

I am no longer a developer with a side project. I am the CEO of a company that built federal fraud detection infrastructure from a coffee shop in Sacramento.
No Subscriptions. No Ads. No Paywalling Public Data.
Three revenue streams — all inbound, all contract-based.
Verification Contracts
Organizations pay to have their vendors, partners, or contractors screened against CFVA's full federal cross-reference. Delivered as a formal compliance report.
Investigation Contracts
A client suspects something. We go deeper. Systematic cross-reference across all 43 sources. Agent-powered. Human-reviewed. Delivered as a full intelligence brief.
Intelligence Sales
Packaged sector reports. Federal contractor compliance risk. Healthcare provider exclusion analysis. Financial services enforcement patterns. Sold once. Priced accordingly.
Government Contracts
SAM.gov registration pending. State Medicaid fraud units. Federal inspector general offices. Congressional research staff. The data they need already exists in our database.
Because I Know What Silence Looks Like
I grew up in a place where information was controlled. Where accountability was a myth. Where the gap between what the government said and what was actually happening was filled with silence.
CFVA is the opposite of that.
Every entity page is a window. Every compliance score is a mirror held up to public federal data. Every fraud pattern surfaced is proof that the infrastructure of accountability — when built correctly — finds things that were never meant to be found.
We are not calling anyone guilty. We are showing what the government's own databases say. We are building the place where those databases connect for the first time.
The platform is dangerous — but only to the people who don't want to be found. For everyone else, it's a public service.
Mark Zuckerberg incorporated Facebook the same year he built it. Jeff Bezos ran Amazon at a loss for seven years. Every company that became something real started at zero, with a person who believed the thing they were building needed to exist.
Three months. One server. One coffee shop. One person from Guben.

Now we build it right.
